Got to hand it to folks that focus on what they got. Took my aunt who is a life long resident to Willies for lunch. She had never been there but had heard good things. Both burgers were great as were the curly fries. My aunt's chili burger was perfect, just enough chili to make a mess but still easy enough for her to eat. I had the hot link burger, nice and spicy and really good. The two folks running the place were as everyone says, very friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated being warned about how spicy the BBQ sauce was on my hot link burger and her suggestion to put it on the side, so perfect. I hope locals will continue to support this place, as they do a fantastic job with their food and service. I would be a regular myself if I didn't live 120 miles away...
Willie's is a locally owned burger/BBQ joint. Willie mans the register and family members cook. The food is outstanding. You will not be disappointed with anything on the menu. The ambiance is as you expect for a burger joint. Not a ton of seating but very clean and comfortable. My go to burger place in Wichita Falls.
Wife and I split the double meat cheeseburger. It was outstanding! Went with fried okra which was great. Both cooked perfectly Small venue with indoor seating. Very clean. Owner showed me picture. The building was formerly an Underwood's. Highly recommend!
Best burger in town! Forget the rest. After a couple of weeks trying all the homegrown burger joints in town, I've found the winner. Huge burgers with great flavor, plenty of options as to how you like your burger dressed, and lots of good choices for sides. I had the Western Willie Burger that's topped with bacon, cheese, onion rings, jalapeños, and barbecue sauce. I will be back!

If you are looking for a good old fashioned burger place with a descent and unique variety of customizable burgers for everyone, then this is the place you are looking for. The staff is friendly and helpful, what you would expect from a family O&O. These cheese curds were spicier than anticipated, but I quite like spicy so yay for me. The atmosphere has a vintage era feel.
